Nestled just outside the Tri-Cities, Red Mountain is one of Washington State’s most celebrated wine regions known for bold reds, sweeping vineyard views, and a relaxed, welcoming pace. Red Mountain is home to Frichette and over a dozen amazing wineries, mostly family owned. Whether you’re visiting for a weekend or a longer stay, here’s a simple guide to help you plan the perfect Red Mountain getaway.

Flying In: Start at PSC

The easiest way to reach Red Mountain is by flying into Tri-Cities Airport (PSC). It’s a small, convenient airport with rental cars readily available and quick access to Richland, Benton City, and Red Mountain. No long drives required.

Where to Stay

Choose the vibe that fits your visit best:

The Lodge at Columbia Point Located along the Columbia River in Richland, this waterfront hotel offers beautiful views, walkable paths, and an upscale yet relaxed atmosphere. It’s a great home base for exploring the Tri-Cities and wine country. Located on the property is a fine dining restaurant and a casual bar. Bicycle rentals are also available for a great ride on the waterfront.

The Summit on Red Mountain Want to wake up surrounded by vineyards? Stay right on Red Mountain at The Summit. This intimate, elevated vacation rental places you in the heart of Washington wine country with unmatched views and close proximity to wineries. The Summit features an outdoor kitchen, sunken firepit and a hot tub that overlooks the vineyard vista.

Getting Around in Style

Skip the driving and elevate your experience by booking TC Black, a luxury driving service that will transport you from your hotel to wineries comfortably and safely. It’s the perfect option for a carefree day of tasting, celebrating, and soaking it all in. David McClain and his team of drivers schedule tasting appointments, carry your wines to the car and are incredibly knowledgeable.

Where to Dine

After a day in the vineyards, enjoy some of the Tri-Cities’ favorite dining spots:

  • Drumheller’s at The Lodge at Columbia Point Elevated Northwest cuisine with river views, perfect for a special evening.

  • Dovetail Joint A local favorite for wine and thoughtful, seasonal dishes.

  • The Social Lively, modern, and great for sharing plates, wine and cocktails.

  • LuLu Craft Bar + Kitchen Fresh flavors, creative cocktails, and a relaxed waterfront setting.

  • Hyde Tap & Lounge Cozy, casual, and ideal for winding down with a drink and good conversation.

Slow Down & Savor

Red Mountain is best enjoyed at an unhurried pace. Plan time to relax, connect, and truly experience the wines, the people, and the place. Let us know if you are returning and visiting your favorites or if you are looking for something new to discover. We are always up for making personalized recommendations.

This was a really interesting read! I didn’t know much about this topic before, but the way you explained it made everything much clearer and easier to understand. It reminded me of how useful structured and persuasive methods can be, like the ones you find in Help with Assignment. Even though that’s usually about writing, the idea of organizing ideas clearly and presenting them in a way that keeps the reader engaged really applies here too. I sometimes struggle to grasp new topics quickly, but posts like this make it much easier. I liked how it was simple to follow without skipping important details. Thanks for sharing I feel like I learned something new today and will definitely keep these…

I keep a tab open with Crazyig for when I need a break during work. They have a decent collection of browser games that run smoothly without any lag. The racing and shooting categories are where I usually end up spending most of my time.
